System of Interaction

Jio Translate is a multilingual neural machine translation service developed by Jio to translate text, documents and websites from one language into another.

After Conducting UX research on Version 1 of JoTranslate, the final UI screens of JioTranslate. This Version is live on Playstore and AppStore.

Jio Financial Services Limited focuses mainly on crucial customer groups, reaching out to individuals and small businesses often untapped in urban, semi-urban, and rural areas of India.

Usability Assessment:
How the new Jio.com design improves ease of navigation and task completion compared to the current version, ensuring users can effortlessly find products like JioSaavn and JioPhone Prima.

We conducted UX research on user behavior, covering content preferences, device usage, TV expectations, content discovery, pain points, home screen preferences, and navigation insights to enhance the viewing experience.

As a UX researcher within the centralized User Experience Research (UXR) team at Jio, I have systematically conducted and documented numerous research initiatives aimed at developing the Jio Design System.

This design is orianted toward the different types of HARG. The objective is to increase user engagement with HAR games through identifiction of design pattern derived using human centric design principles.

As part of Jio’s design team, I conducted detailed UI and UX audits for key products, including JioTV, JioTranslate, JioMeet, and JioFecilix, to enhance usability, design consistency, and overall customer experience (CX).
